Here’s a gender-neutral, colorful costume that can be made in mere minutes. This Jelly Bean costume was found on a site called Quick and Simple and boy did they get that right. All you need is a clear trash bag, some balloons, and a piece of ribbon. Even Dad could make this one 🙂
